Episode 71 picks up on the way home from Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota as we drive through Minnesota. At least, I'm pretty sure we were in Minnesota. Topics covered include: the license plate game, Garden of the Gods, hiking, trail running, climbing a mountain, running at 9000', Rocky Mountain National Park, driving down the mountain, road signs, eight breweries, one cave, Garmin Dave and his antics, Custer State Park, Needles Highway, taking a chance on a hotel in the middle of the night, and probably more. Whew! What a mouthful!

Ep 69: Angry legs

Episode 69 is about the post-trail running, not taking a rest day, skipping yoga class, ANGRY LEGS! There's some Burn Notice ranting that goes on as I head out to Lapham Peak for more trail running, I venture onto the black trail, discuss racing options: Do I want to run it, or do I just think I want to run it?

It's a rerun, but it's a good one! Join me as I make the drive to the Ironman 70.3 Racine. I talk about last week, reminisce about how I ended up with SIX tickets to the hottest concert of the summer, give my opinion on the 2011 Summerfest’s Rock ‘n Sole, discuss new shoes, and then I get a Blizzard. My husband decides he’s going to change his name, so I pick a new one too.

I'm releasing a bunch of the early podcasts and hope to get caught up to speed with a new one shortly. Make sure you didn't miss the earlier episodes, however 10 is missing. Gone. Poof. Vanished!

I'm releasing a bunch of the early podcasts and hope to get caught up to speed with a new one shortly. Make sure you didn't miss Episodes 7 and 8!

In this episode I talk about how my training for the Lakefront Marathon has been going over the past week. I talk about yin yoga, bike riding, the 5K I ran, races coming up in July (I use the term "races" very loosely), and I solve a mystery at Miller Park. Enjoy!
